Unless otherwise listed my rate is $60/hr with a 1 hour minimum, invoicing is in 15min increments after that. I can also offer promised/handshake quotes for many jobs!
Most jobs have zero expensing, however expensing may apply in some cases (like dump fees, etc.) If your task requires expensing I will notify you before confirming. There are never any additional costs, surprise fees, etc.
Night Owl Discount!: If you make a booking starting at 8pm or later you get an hourly discount of $10/hr.
*Unless specially arranged, I stop working at ~1am.

Furniture Assembly
Furniture Repair
I have experience in assembling furniture from many brands including IKEA, Wayfair, West Elm, Williams-Sonoma, Walmart, Target, and more!
Need to bring your home from zero to live-in ready ASAP? I can help with moving, furniture pickup/dropoff, haul away trash, and more! With this bundle you get me any time from ~10:00AM to as late as ~1am, as well as waiving any applicable expensing like dump fees. This promised flat rate for a full day is a great option to keep your day streamlined!
Moving Help
I can help you move out and move in! I can assist with simpler DIY level moves. I have two dollies and have experience with helping moves big and small. I can also rent and drive UHauls on request.
Dresser drawers rough or stuck? Wobbly cabinet doors? I can fix most issues with furniture. A fix is guaranteed or you pay $0! I am also happy to diagnose remotely for free.
Disassembly / Reassembly
Moving in/out? Bought a piece on Facebook Marketplace? I can help you move and disassemble/reassemble your furniture.
Hauling
My vehicle is an '03 Chevy Suburban. If your item fits, be it furniture, cardboard, etc. I can haul it!
*Cannot haul hazardous or specialty items like rare antiques, chemicals, etc. I also cannot drive clients for insurance reasons, sorry.
Other Projects
I can handle many non-furniture projects including light mounting, basic IT/computer work, yard work, etc. Some limitations apply including:

Large or complex mounts. This applies to TVs, ceiling mounts, heavy mounts (over 50lbs), and mounts to plaster or concrete. This also applies to wall-mounted Murphy beds (chest style is okay).

Work requiring licensure. This includes most plumbing, electrical work, etc.

While handshake pricing is based on my time estimate, discounts based on flexibility or other factors may apply. For instance, if you can adjust date/time based on being a convenient distance to another job I have, schedule for off-peak times like at night, etc. then I may reduce the price in exchange for your flexibility!

Any applicable expensing (dump fees, parts, etc) apply to hourly and handshake projects but not the Full Day Package. If your project needs more time than the Full Day Package allows, you have the option of additional Full Day Packages or switching to hourly or handshake pricing for the remaining items.

While I can typically offer fixed quotes, it is not a guarantee, it primarily relies on whether assembly instructions are available to review ahead of time.

You are never obligated to have me work longer or invoice more than initially expected. If we agree to a job on an hourly basis and you decide at any point that you want to stop for time or budgetary reasons we can do so and I will only invoice up to that point. However, any applicable deposit is retained in this case.

Booking on TaskRabbit is also an option! Many clients prefer the UI, booking experience, etc. However, TaskRabbit has their own policies that myself and the client must follow, so please ensure you agree to their policies, fees, etc. when booking that way. Once a task is initiated on TaskRabbit all aspects of the task, like communication, invoicing, etc. must go through TaskRabbit channels.
